Help keep our neighbourhood safe, clean and well maintained by reporting concerns to the City of Cape Town.

The C3 reporting portal can be used for faulty streetlights, potholes, water leaks, blocked drains, illegal dumping, scattered rubbish and requests to clean public areas. It also includes Street People requests for social support and outreach to people living on the streets.

For bin-picking concerns, describe the specific problem—such as rubbish left on the pavement, damaged bins, or blocked access—and provide the exact location, date, and photographs where safe.

Conduct requiring Law Enforcement attention: 021 596 1999, available 24/7.

Immediate danger or emergencies: 021 480 7700 from a cellphone, or 107 from a landline.
